In 2023, it underwent a complete renovation and was updated with the latest technologies and innovations. Attention was given to detail, color changes, and improved use of outdoor spaces. The bedroom is spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. The bathroom includes a toilet, bidet, and bathtub, and is equipped with everything you need: a hairdryer, a set of towels, and soap. The most attractive part of the villa is undoubtedly the living room, which overlooks the sea. It is furnished with a sofa bed, a 55-inch Samsung Q LED smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space is another highlight of the renovation, overseen by a renowned architect. A covered area has been added at the back, fully available to the customer for all their needs, along with a finished terrace featuring new Vietri ceramic flooring.
